Susanna works supportively with you to develop a clear vision of where you want to go, as well as what’s standing in the way.  Then you develop a plan to implement that vision. You’ll work closely with Susanna to implement the plan, measure your progress and celebrate results.

Susanna uses a methodology and process called Personal Strategic Planning that she developed as a strategic planning consultant working with corporations and other organizations. Companies routinely do strategic planning – assess their current situation, define where they want to go, and develop action plans to get there – and Susanna has adapted the process for individuals with great success.
