There are four primary areas that Susanna is called on to work with groups and group coaching:
She uses an effective and efficient process called the Yo – One Technique for strategic planning. In many cases, busy boards of directors and management teams have found they can develop a draft strategic plan in one day using this unique methodology.
Conflict Management is Susanna’s specialty. She mediates difficult conversations between individuals, facilitates collaborative contract negotiations, and leads public forums, particularly for National Environmental Policy Act Projects.
A group may want to improve communication and spend some time discussing how they work together. Susanna customizes a teambuilding process to meet the specific goals and objectives of an organization.
Ms. Liller enjoys transferring her skills to the organizations she serves and at public forums. She conducts training programs in the areas of facilitation, training, conflict resolution, and public participation.
